TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 16 or over at the time of entry, other than employees, contractors, agents or directors of the Promoter, their families, relatives, or any other person associated with this Prize draw (the “Prize draw”).
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
3. The prizes in the Prize draw are:
(a) Google Pixel 10 phone - 5G - 6.3" - 128GB - Frost (NO SIM)
(b) 3 x Nintendo Switch 2 - 256 GB storage - Black (NO SIM)
(c) Samsung Galaxy S25 phone - 128GB - Navy (NO SIM)
(d) PS5 Digital Edition - 4K - 825GB (NO SIM)
together, the “Prizes”.
4. The Prize draw opens on 19 January 2026 at 09:00 and will cease accepting entries on 31 January 2026 at 22:00.
5. To enter the Prize draw, entrants must fill out and submit the entry form on https://eeinformation.co.uk/jan-26-competition/. One entry per person, unless the entrant is an EE One Customer (defined below). Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize draw. Entries cannot be re-submitted or amended.
6. You must purchase a product in an EE retail store to enter. This does not include bill payments or PAYG top ups.
7. Submissions of customers who have valid and concurrent EE Broadband and EE Mobile plans registered to the same EE account and EE ID (“EE One Customers”) will be doubled or entered twice (as applicable). EE One Customers need not enter the Prize draw twice as this will be automatically calculated once their status as an EE One Customer has been verified by the Promoter. If the Promoter cannot verify an entrant’s status as an EE One Customer, their submission will be treated as one entry, subject to clause 2.
8. By 17 February 2026, 6 winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received (the “Winners”). The Winners will be allocated one Prize, from their respective category, each.
9. The Winners will be notified of their selection by 27 February 2026, using the contact details given upon entry. This notification will (i) state that they are a Winner, (ii) which Prize they have been allocated, and (iii) provide instructions on how to claim the Prize.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the Winner(s) if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select an alternative Winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
11. The Promoter may pass on Winners’ contact details to a third-party provider to arrange fulfilment of the Prize.
12. In exceptional circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw this Prize draw on reasonable notice, including substituting alternative Prizes of equivalent or greater value. The Promoter can, at its discretion, withdraw the Prize(s) or the Winner if, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of the Promoter's control.
13. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be taken as stated. No compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize, and the Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the Prize(s) will result in the Prize(s) being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize(s) will be declared null and void.
14. Entry into this Prize draw is dependent on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and by entering you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to use any entries submitted under this Prize draw in any form, for all purposes in all media including, without limitation, any goods or products manufactured by or on behalf of the Promoter.
15. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted or mis-transmitted due to electronic errors, malfunctions or any other kind of technical error. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize draw without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
16. By entering this Prize draw you agree that your image, biography, intellectual property and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews). All entries must be the independent and original creation of the entrant and must not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winners in entering this Prize draw or accepting the Prize, except in the case of fraud, death or personal injury caused by the acts or omissions of them or their employees.
18. Entrants’ personal details (including Full name, Mobile number, Transaction number, transaction date and store code) will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found here https://ee.co.uk/eeprivacycentre. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize draw and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter.
19. A list of the entrants’ names for Winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE on or before 13 March 2026.
20. This Prize draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
